This kind of automatic steel tube factory transfer vehicle is composed by vehicle frame, the electric motor, gear reducer, wheel, electrical appliance box, mobile cable, shaft and connecting shaft, handle box, alarm light, buffer device, pendant control or wireless remote control and some other accessories and so on.
The power source 380v-690v alternating-current supplied to the traction motor by cable, which is controlled by control system to make the car start, stop, move forward, move backward, etc. The operation voltage is 36V which is safe voltage. Cable is collected and released by coiling device mounted underneath the car. The automatic steel tube factory transfer vehicle can realize full automatic operation by PLC system.
